Virginie, born in France, gained a global perspective through childhood travels in Europe, Asia, and the U.S. Starting her career in Europe, she moved to Canada in 2011, residing in Montreal, often spending time in Toronto.
With nearly fifteen years of passion for coaching and business growth, Virginie has 20 years in digital marketing. Beginning as an account manager for Fortune 500 companies, she evolved into an executive leader in a global agency.
As a former Managing Director of a performance marketing agency, Virginie shaped the company’s strategy, leading results-oriented campaigns emphasizing lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROI. She managed client relationships, explored opportunities, and strengthened partnerships.
Identifying as a leader-coach, Virginie invested in her team’s development, showcasing their contribution to the overall strategy.
In 2019, she transitioned, offering consulting and coaching in French and English, obtaining ICF certification in 2021. Virginie joined Anna Gallotti that year, creating an ICF-accredited International Coaching School—the Group Coaching Institute.
In 2023, she launched “Coach & Grow with V,” a podcast exploring personal development through coaching. She is now also dedicated to building her coaching practice to empower businesses to thrive and nurture individual growth through coaching.
A dual citizen fluent in English and French, Virginie is a dynamic force in coaching, blending corporate experience with a passion for individual and team development.
