Selika Cerofolini

Selika is a Certified Professional Coach through the training program “Coaching for Transformation” (Leadership that Works, New York) and an ACC certified coach from the International Coaching Federation. With a 10 year-background in Marketing and Communications for Art Institutions, Selika has been exclusively coaching since 2018.

Since then she has been working with personal clients as well as groups and large teams in a corporate setting, collaborating steadily with Anna Gallotti. She focuses on increasing employees’ empowerment and engagement at work by co-facilitating small and large group coaching (50+ people) and assessing strengths and challenges, as well as individual perspectives in the workplace by conducing DISC assessment and 360° interviews to stakeholders and executive committee’s members, functional to subsequent one-on-one coaching.

She collaborated with The New School in New York coaching 1st year and 2nd year Fellows for the Impact Entrepreneurship Initiative and she is currently designing workshops on the following themes: setting priorities, enhancing the executive presence of leaders, creativity through visualization and intuition. She followed a training on Future Mentoring and is studying Human Design. Selika is a long-time meditation and yoga practitioner and brings Dharma teachings and energy work into her coaching practice.

Originally from Tuscany, Selika moved to the United States in September 2010. She graduated with honors in International Communications at the University for Foreigners in Perugia and holds an MA in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies.

Selika lives and works in New York, she frequently travels to Italy and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
