Patricia Quiddington is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has more than 20 years of international business experience, working with leaders, C-level executives, and senior teams across different industries and geographies.
Her specialties are change management, conflict resolution, developing emotional intelligence, effective communication, intercultural coaching, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, personal branding, presentation skills and talent development. She also designs, develops and executes leadership coaching programs across cultures.
Patricia is an adjunct professor at New York University, where she teaches the Diploma in Coaching. She is an American Management Association (AMA) faculty member, and a mentor as part of a Women’s Leadership Initiative.
Patricia has a corporate background in consumer goods, education, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, not-for-profit, pharmaceuticals (13+ years). She has lived in 6 countries and worked or traveled in over 65.
Based in New York City, she intervenes worldwide and speaks both English and French.
