Manon holds a PCC-level and an Advanced Team Coaching accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well as a Senior Practitioner accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
She supports teams, team leaders and other professionals in building a resilient, healthy, and thriving workplace. With teams she accomplishes this by laying the foundation for a work culture where psychological safety and positive conflict help foster confidence, focus, and innovation at the systemic-, team- and individual level.
Manon draws on nearly two decades of experience as a director in the branding and marketing space. As a senior director and team lead for select creative agencies, she successfully headed teams with her supportive and empowering coaching style.
She received certifications in Transformational Coaching (Leadership that Works), Systemic Team Coaching (Global Team Coaching Institute), ADD Coaching (Dawson and Guare) and EQ-i 2.0 + EQ 360 assessments, as well as in Mindfulness, Group Coaching, Conflict Management, Team Diversity, Mindshifting, Applied Positive Psychology, Design Thinking, Resilience & Wellbeing, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace.
In addition to coaching, Manon enjoys working with the World Business and Executive Coaching Summit (WBECS), where she facilitates Implementation Mastery Sessions around current topics from the executive coaching profession.
She lives and works in New York and coaches in English and Dutch.
