Dr. Lyne Desormeaux is a consultant and Master Professional coach (MCC) from the International Coach Federation for the last 17 years. Her diverse experience in the areas of coaching behavior, assessment, organizational psychology and team facilitation provides alternative perspectives to meet business-based objectives.
Lyne is known for her courage, focus, and ability to help leaders understand both underlying issues and key strengths in order to create significant behavioral change. Lyne has successfully consulted and coached with Fortune 100 and 500. She designs leadership programs, facilitates change management initiatives and coaches at all levels of organizations.
Lyne has a clinical psychology degree from CIIS, San Francisco and a Master degree from Harvard. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology and the Consulting Psychology Division of the APA. She is Past President of the Society of Consulting Psychology.
She lives in New York and works in French and English.
