Jody Julien is an Executive & Life Coach, Keynote Speaker and Leadership Trainer.
Before creating her practice in 2011, Jody held executive leadership roles in Supply Chain and Human Resources in high-tech and automotive industries. These leadership roles gave her exposure to a multitude of workplace environments including production, headquarters, start-ups in North America, South America and Europe.
Her area of expertise lies in talent attraction & retention, team performance, conflict resolution & leadership effectiveness in global organizations.
As certified coach and member of the International Coach Federation, Jody heads up international mentoring programs for global organizations, gives lectures on the benefits of purpose driven careers & keys to success for women in leadership.
She completed her studies in the United States, holding diplomas from Oakland University Business School in Michigan and Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. She is certified in Emotional Intelligence EQ-I 2.0, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360°, PeopleMap, Lumina Spark, Change Management-HRS, Systemic Coaching-ORSC.
She is based in Paris and works in both English and French.
