A certified Coach, Jo has significant experience supporting managers and teams during transformations, whether these be internal restructuring programs or market-led disruptions.
She is passionate about building cohesive and productive teams and by motivation and humanism in the workplace. Her approach is based around interpersonal relations and collective intelligence. Her core subjects include leadership and personal alignment, learning organizations, change and agility.
Her clients include large international corporations, SME’s and charitable organisations. She has worked on the creation and roll-out of collective intelligence programs for high potentials, multi-cultural coaching for international managers and team mergers following restructuring.
Prior to becoming a coach Jo spent 25 years in business setting up and managing profit centres for international companies. Her previous roles include Deputy Managing Director, Operations Manager and Administrative Manager in both a service industry (EBSCO Information Services) and technology industries (Harris Broadcast, Leitch Technology, Snell).
Jo is a native English speaker and is fluent in French.
