Elvira is a work psychologist, coach, career coach, assessor, HR consultant and trainer.
She began her professional career in a major consulting company, operating in the field of selection, training and career guidance, as HR project manager.
For around 12 years, she held HR positions of increasing responsibility, working for two companies in the retail sector and finally for a prestigious service holding company, twice taking care of the start-up of the HR function, notably with the levers of Recruitment, Selection, Training, Evaluation and Development. The immersive experience in the business allowed her to get to know organizational dynamics up close.
Since 2016, she has been self-employed, focusing on development interventions with various client companies and psychological support for private clients.
The development of emotional intelligence, the empowerment of leadership, the assessment of individual potential and talent, and the orientation towards the culture of well-being represent her objectives.
Elvira graduated in Occupational Psychology from the University of Turin and is registered with the Order of Psychologists of Piedmont. She is certified Coach, evaluator, practitioner and Six Seconds facilitator on emotional intelligence and Feedback 360 tools, certified Extended Disc for detecting behavioral patterns. She is a Group Coaching course facilitator certified by the Group Coaching Institute.
She lives in Turin and works in Italian throughout the country.
