As an Executive Coach and HR development Consultant, Anne supports leaders, managers and their teams by ‘wearing two different hats’.
Firstly, through individual coaching – to help her clients identify and optimize their personal talents, make the right choices with full awareness, improve stress management and conflict resolution, develop their management and leadership style or take-up a new position successfully. She also practices team coaching, co-development, leadership workshop facilitation.
Secondly, through HR development consulting – to support her clients in optimizing their recruitments and building cohesive and efficient teams.
Anne spent the last 20 years travelling to Northern Europe, China and the US – as HRM then HRD -focusing on talent development and support to executive committees of medium-sized companies in multicultural environments.
Anne is a certified Executive Coach HEC (Superior Business School, France) and a Licensed Human Element Practitioner (Will Schutz) & ICS (Implicit Career Search – Steve Miller). She also holds a certification in the Predictive Index (PI) and Growth Resources Indicators (GRI), two advanced behavioural profile tools, and she participated in complementary programs on MBTI, Gestalt, NLP, Transactional Analysis and Co-development.
Anne works in English and in French and is based in Paris.
