As a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation and HR development Consultant, Anne supports leaders, managers, and their teams by ‘wearing two different hats.’
Firstly, through individual coaching, she helps her clients identify and optimize their personal talents, make the right choices with full awareness, improve stress management and conflict resolution, develop their management and leadership style, or successfully take up a new position. She also practices team coaching, co-development, and leadership workshop facilitation.
Secondly, through HR development consulting – she supports her clients in optimizing their recruitment and building cohesive and efficient teams.
Anne spent the last twenty years traveling to Northern Europe, China, and the US—first as HRM and then HRD—focusing on talent development and supporting executive committees of medium-sized companies in multicultural environments.
Anne is a certified Executive Coach at HEC (Superior Business School, France) and a Licensed Human Element Practitioner (Will Schutz) and ICS (Implicit Career Search—Steve Miller). She also holds certifications in the Predictive Index (PI) and Growth Resources Indicators (GRI), two advanced behavioral profile tools. She has participated in complementary programs on MBTI, Gestalt, NLP, Transactional Analysis, and Co-development.
Anne works in English and French and is based in Paris.
