When Alvaro Burgos decided to change gears from Corporate to the world of executive coaching, his vision was to help people achieve sustainable change in a matter of months rather than years, and that vision still underpins everything he does. Alvaro is passionate about helping his clients solve challenges and works with them to transform their professional lives and consequently, their personal lives as well.
Prior to coaching, Alvaro spent over 20 years working in Corporate America. With a solid background in business management (strategic planning, sales and marketing execution), he has an in depth understanding of leadership, communication and organizational development.
Alvaro holds an Executive Coaching Certification from New York University and a Career Coach Certification from The Five O’clock Club, in New York City. He is also Certified in My Everything DiSC and holds an MBA from The Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University in New York, as well as a BA in Marketing, ITESM.
