As an executive coach and facilitator, Laurence helps leaders to unlock individual and collective energy to increase engagement, collaboration, and performance in their teams and for themselves to reach exceptional results.

She focuses on coaching and facilitation of deep business transformation enabling people and organizations to change with agility and confidence.

She aims at developing talents, giving meaning to action, and supporting business development aligned with human development. She offers leaders the opportunity to build innovative solutions based on the intelligence of their team.

She has 14 years of experience in major international companies (Nestlé, Tetra Pak) where she held various management positions up to Executive Director. She has been coaching leaders and teams, designing and facilitating leadership programs since 2008.

Her specific assets are:
– the ability to quickly grasp clients’ business challenges, while providing the human touch necessary to ensure teams are on board
– the ability to create a safe space for clients, in which experimenting with new ways of being and behaving with others is possible
– a rational approach, combined with intuition and creativity, which allows her to adapt to whatever emerges in her interventions and to propose personalized solutions.

After her graduation in engineering at Ecole Centrale Paris, Laurence was trained in coaching (Dialogue Coach),  Neuro-Linguistic Programming (IFPNL), and Generative coaching (Stephan Gilligan and Robert Dilts).
