Corporate universities

We developed a significant experience in working with Corporate Universities.
Our most significant case history concerns the creation from scratch, through systemic actions, of a Corporate University with the following characteristics:

The University focussed on the whole management (1,600 individuals)
It involved the entire Human Resources team (150 individuals)
It was open to High Potentials (80 individuals)
Its mentor was the Executive Committee (16 top executives)

The 18-month process had a significant impact on the rest of the training programmes.
Its contributors came from all departments and professional areas (business specialists, HR, communication, IT, etc.)
The client was entirely satisfied and this project is now an International best practice within the Group.
